Featured on Lens Culture, this was my graduation project.

My sisters and uncles are identical twins, through this series I am exploring the concept of unity versus otherness. Viewer interpretation intersects with the intent of the photographer. We observe the relationship between people or objects, how they relate to each other and to ourselves, yet out interpretations differ. The Greek term Dyad, found in philosophy and psychology, refers to these interactions. We view the same image, yet we do not see the same thing. The twins are separate yet together.
